Assistant Membership coordinators will work as liaisons between the Cooperative and its members. Job duties include processing new applications for member services, volunteering information to prospective members, and providing information through periodic newsletters and emails.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Grow Cooperative membership through marketing campaigns and outreach
- Approve or deny new membership applicants
- Input new member information into the Cooperative database
- Resolve member complaints
- Schedule events and initiate new programs for members
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or Marketing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Three years of experience working with membership programs
- Data entry skills
