WHRDN-U is seeking an experienced, Finance and Administration Manager who will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of WHRDN-U’s including; monthly accounting cycle, budgets and monitoring, funder finances and grant reporting, year-end, audit and other related functions.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing audits, documenting and testing internal controls, and preparing audit reports under the guidance of senior auditors. and will perform the following duties among others.

The job holder performs and coordinates and processes of all activities related to the human resources and the day to day administration of Ideal Commodities Uganda Limited.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and delivering sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, particularly in land transactions, and be capable of leveraging their network to meet and exceed sales targets

Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Develop and implement content strategies with the creative teams to meet client objectives.

Maintains office supplies & inventory.

Support the coordination and implementation of all project activities in line with detailed implementation plan and donor requirements.
