Staying on site, you will open up the house and be ready to welcome guests arriving at night. You will check them in, explain to them the facilities, answer any questions they may have and provide food and drink as required. On check out you will have prepared the clients invoice and be able to take payment and arrange onward travel for the client

The Housekeeping Supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring total hygiene of the hotel. They will coordinate hygiene and sanitation of both the hotel rooms and the public area. They will ensure that hotel facilities are well cleaned and maintained.

The Front Desk Supervisor shall be responsible for offering day to day leadership to the front desk team, maximizing good customer experience and coordinating the Front Desk to ensure that guests receive satisfactory and efficient service.
