The Director of Finance is a full-time in-country position supporting both sourcing and chocolate operations in Uganda.

A Chief Miller manages the milling process for all types of grains overseeing activities such as handling of various milling machinery, maintenance of process parameters, an inspection of raw material and finished goods to achieve the desired quality and quantity of products.

The candidate will be responsible for reporting yield calculations to ensure consistent quality and standard throughout the production in accordance with UNBS and ISO among others.
