Quotation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations using templates and Zoho Books
• Interpret design drawings and site measurements for costing
• Enter quantities, materials and accessories into predefined costing systems
• Ensure all quotations follow established formats and pricing guidelines
• Work closely with Designers to confirm dimensions and materials
• Collaborate with the Sales team to meet client timelines and clarifications
• Update quotation logs and maintain organised documentation
• Flag unusual items, missing details or potential errors early
• Support the Head of Design & Quoting with costing insights and weekly reports

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Procurement, IT, Statistics, or any technical/analytical field
• Strong numerical skills and accuracy with figures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret basic measurements from drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to follow structured systems and repetitive workflows
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Added Advantage

• Experience in quotations, invoicing, data entry or administrative costing roles
• Familiarity with materials and hardware used in interior woodworks (training provided)
• Experience using Zoho Books or similar accounting/quotation tools
• Previous experience in a workshop, manufacturing or construction environment
