Entrepreneur In Residence Role

Our client is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) – Wealth Management to spearheadtheir expansion into Uganda. This role is ideal for a seasonedwealth managers/financial advisorswith a strong network among high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, institutions and family offices. The person will be hired under our Mauritius-based firm but operate independently from, leveraging a flexible co-working setup.

1. Business Growth Fundraising

• Raise USD 5 million in Assets UnderManagement (AUM) from HNW/UHNW clients,family offices, and institutions. 
  

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies, securing long-term investor partnerships.
  

2. Market Development Partnerships

• Build strategic alliances with financial institutions, family offices, and distribution partners. 
  

• Engage with regulatory bodies and marketstakeholders to ensurecompliance and smooth operations.
  

3. Wealth Management Estate Planning

• Provide tailored wealth management solutions to HNW/UHNW clients. 
  

• Offer estate planningservices, including trust structuring, succession planning, and tax optimization.
  

• Leverage our global expertise to deliver premium investment solutions to Ugandainvestors.
  

4. Strategic Operational Execution

• Operate independently from Uganda while collaborating with our Mauritius-based team.
  

• Deliver regular market insights, performance updates, and reports to senior management.
  

• Ensure all businessactivities comply with and international regulations.
