Highly experienced ICT professional with a Master’s degree and certified in PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL, possessing 10+ years in multi-institutional systems integration, mobile technology deployment, business process reengineering, and leading multidisciplinary teams, resident in Uganda or legally permitted to work.
