Role Description

The insurance Sales Representative will focus on identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting the agency’s marketing and advertising services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new leads, managing a sales pipeline, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Qualifications

• Proficient in customer relationship management and sales strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in preparing and delivering impactful presentations
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly
• Highly organized with effective time-management abilities
• Previous experience in sales and the advertising or marketing industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
