Role Summary
The Sales Supervisor will lead retail and channel sales for electronics brands under Hotpoint, including Von and other portfolio products. The role is responsible for driving market penetration, increasing sales performance, acquiring new clients, and supervising a small sales team. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, capable of making independent decisions, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders to close high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities and Duties
● Drive sales growth and market penetration for Hotpoint electronics brands including Von.
● Supervise and manage two sales team members, ensuring targets and performance standards are met.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client acquisition across retail, distributor, and corporate channels.
● Develop relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, retailers, and corporate buyers.
● Lead negotiations and close sales agreements with senior stakeholders, including directors and procurement leads.
● Monitor sales performance, stock movement, and market demand to guide sales strategies.
● Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and pricing reviews to maintain competitive positioning.
● Ensure strong brand visibility and product placement across retail outlets and partner stores.
● Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
● Support marketing activations and product launches to increase brand awareness and sales conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
● Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
● 3–5 years of experience in electronics sales, FMCG sales, or retail distribution.
● Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
● Experience managing or supervising sales teams or field representatives.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
● Strong analytical and decision-making ability.
