MPower Steel Company Limited, a leading steel manufacturing company producing TMT Bars and Hollow Sections, is hiring disciplined, field-oriented, and performance-driven professionals.

Please note that these are field and factory operational roles, not office-based desk jobs. All positions include a monthly performance-based bonus based on measurable targets.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary UGX 1,000,000 – 3,000,000(Gross Monthly + Monthly Performance Bonus)


Responsibilities

·       Expand the dealer and distributor network aggressively.

·       Achieve strict monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·       Drive sales growth of TMT Bars and Hollow Sections.

·       Ensure timely payment collections and control outstanding balances.

   ·       Supervise and push the field sales team for results.

·                ·    Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to continuously improve performance.

·       Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

·       Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve sales efforts.

·       Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or sales management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of market trends and customer needs.
