Numida Uganda is looking for energetic, self-driven, and ambitious individuals to join our Sales Team as Field Sales Agents. This role is fully commission-based and ideal for individuals who are passionate about field work, business development, and earning based on performance. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying business owners in the field, introducing them to Numida loans, and supporting them through the loan application process via the Numida App. You earn commission for every client who successfully receives a Numida loan through your efforts.

About the Role

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying business owners in the field, introducing them to Numida loans, and supporting them through the loan application process via the Numida App. You earn commission for every client who successfully receives a Numida loan through your efforts.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and approach business owners in assigned areas
● Educate potential clients about Numida loan products
● Assist clients with onboarding and loan application process
● Collect and submit required customer documentation via Numida App
● Follow up with prospects until loan approval and disbursement
● Maintain daily activity and prospect records
● Meet agreed monthly performance targets
● Represent Numida professionally in the field at all times
● Ensure clients pay on time.
Target Market
● Small and medium-sized business owners
● Traders, shop owners, market vendors, and other entrepreneurs
Compensation
● 100% Commission-Based
● Earn commission for every successfully disbursed loan
● Unlimited earning potential based on performance
● Incentives during promotional campaigns
(High-performing agents can earn significantly based on volume and collections.)
Requirements
● Minimum Senior 6 certificate (or equivalent)
● LC Recommendation Letter
● Copy of National ID
● Strong communication and persuasion skills
● Self-motivated and target-driven
● Comfortable working in the field
● Basic smartphone literacy
● Prior sales experience is an added advantage (but not required)
