The Associate Recruitment Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment services across junior, mid-level, and selected senior roles, with a primary focus on junior to mid-level hiring. - Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions across junior and mid-level roles, and selected senior roles as delegated.
- Conduct detailed role intake and pre-consultation meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, competencies, and expectations.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and talent pools.
- Lead structured interviews and assessment processes to ensure objective and competency-based candidate evaluation.
- Shortlist, present, and advise hiring managers on candidate suitability, risks, and recommendations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to manage recruitment timelines and mitigate delays or scheduling challenges.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from application to onboarding.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks to ensure shortlisted candidates meet role, organisational, and compliance standards.
- Support compliance with company recruitment policies, labour laws, and internal governance requirements.
- Provide guidance and functional support to the Recruitment Officer on recruitment administration and junior-level hiring.
- Contribute to recruitment reporting, talent insights, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to strengthen recruitment expertise and readiness for progression.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role, with a proven track record of successful placements.
- Having worked in a Recruitment of HR Consulting firm is an added advantage
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in client and candidate relationship management.
