- Actively promote and sell Zoomlion's construction, mining and agricultural machinery to potential clients in Uganda and the East African region.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored marketing strategies to expand the client base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, farmers, resellers, and government institutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to clients.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Country Manager on sales pipeline, client feedback, and progress.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in heavy machinery, transport and logistics or industrial product markets.
- Knowledge of the construction, mining and agricultural sectors is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to close sales deals and manage accounts independently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
