Job Summary

Salary: UGX 600,000 - 1,500,000 (Gross Monthly) + Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the company’s logistics and supply chain operations.
- Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to clients or branches.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control processes.
- Develop strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage relationships with transporters, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance and operations.
- Ensure on-time and safe dispatch
- Control transport costs
- Avoid delivery delay
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/transportation cordination, Supply Chain Management,Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems is an added advantage.
- Must travel locally to meet transporters
- Strong follow-up and accountability
