The A&R Personnel is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing musical talent at BMR, guiding artists in their creative growth, and aligning artistic output with market and brand strategy.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Scout, identify, and recommend new and emerging music talent.
- Work closely with artists during music development, recording, and production.
- Coordinate studio sessions, producers, and song selection processes.
- Guide artists on branding, performance quality, and artistic direction.
- Monitor music trends and audience preferences.
- Serve as a link between artists, management, marketing, and production teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation on artist development and progress.
- Strong understanding of music trends and the entertainment industry.
- Excellent listening, communication, and talent development skills.
- Background in music, media, or entertainment is an added advantage.
- Ability to build trust-based professional relationships with artists.
