Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining outstanding stock and visual merchandising standards. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Aggressively grow sales volume to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development to stay ahead in the market
- Stay up-to-date with product information and accurately describe product features and benefits
- Assess customer needs, demands, and concerns to recommend and display products that match their requirements
- Effectively plan supply activities to ensure sales orders are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate with the production manager to ensure that goods are produced in time for supply
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding stock and visual merchandising standards with customers
- Ensure customers are fully stocked at all times.
- Ascertain customer needs, demands, and concerns.
- Receive customer feedback to assess their requirements
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Verify daily sales reports from customers and those returned
- Assess client's risks and challenges
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor

- A bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 years or above experience in a Sales & Marketing role
- Has been in similar/same industry in renewable energy on a commercial scale
- Existing relationships in East Africa with Multinationals and large industries.
