Client Relationship & Portfolio Officer – ISFinance

ISGROUP AFRICA is looking for a commercially driven and highly organized Client Relationship & Portfolio Officer – ISFinance to join our team in Kampala.

This is a strategic client-facing role responsible for managing, growing, and retaining the ISFinance client portfolio, driving loan renewals and repeat business, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell ISFinance and Insurance Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of ISFinance clients.
• Drive loan renewals, repeat business, and client retention.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure proactive client communication.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across ISFinance and Insurance Solutions.
• Own and maintain the ISFinance client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly portfolio reports and performance analytics.
• Monitor portfolio performance, client activity, renewals, and emerging risks.
• Coordinate with Credit, Collections, Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure excellent client service.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

• 3–5 years' experience in client relationship management, portfolio management, banking, microfinance, SACCOs, lending, fintech, or related financial services.
• Proven experience in portfolio growth, loan renewals, customer retention, and repeat business.
• Strong commercial and business development orientation.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, CRM, and client database management.
• A results-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and client-focused approach.
