- Consult with clients to understand their style, space and budget, and translate this into design concepts, space plans and mood boards.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models and visuals using the required design and rendering software, and present proposals for client approval.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and the installation team to deliver approved designs on time and within budget.
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD plus SketchUp or Revit; rendering with 3ds Max (V-Ray or Corona), Enscape, Lumion or D5 Render; and Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Excel.
- Proficiency in a complete design-to-delivery workflow is essential.
- At least 2 years relevant experience, with a portfolio of drawings, renders and completed projects.
