Job Purpose: Deliver the volumes as per the S&OP with the best product quality and at minimal operational cost.

Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Production/ Mechanical/Electrical

Duties & Responsibilities: S&OP planning/ Man power, Raw& Packaging material planning on weekly basis/Ensure CLTI and PM takes place as per the schedule/ Ensure primary and secondary packaging material yields are >99.5%/ Ensure ingredients yields are above 99.5%/ Identify the abnormalities time to time and ensure closure of the same with in the agreed time/ Ensure RCA is done for break downs for more than 15 minutes/ Effective co-ordination with syrup team for timely preparation of syrup/ Effective co-ordination with WTP team for availability of water according to the production planning/ Effective communication with utility team for availability of utility as per the required specifications on time/ Conduct review meeting with in the department time to time for better communication/ Ensure production reports are prepared on agreed intervals/ Prepare the skill gap analysis for production team/ Set and monitor KPI’s for each individuals in production  

Communication Skills: Fluent in speaking & writing English

Shop floor Experience:08-10 Years production experience in High speed PET Bottling Lines, Sound knowledge in TPM, Ability to understand the process and guide the team, In depth knowledge in bottling equipment, Reports preparation and analysis, ability to read the machine manuals, support the team in identifying the spare parts from the manuals, hands on experience on KAIZEN projects, ability to guide the team in trouble shooting.

Computer Knowledge: MS Office 

Systems experience: HACCP/ISO/TPM
