Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kampala. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, conducting sales presentations, and following up on leads to close business opportunities. The associate will support marketing campaigns, assist in creating promotional materials, and help manage insurance businesses outreach channels. Daily tasks include maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, collecting market feedback, and collaborating with the team to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
• Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Experience in Training or facilitating sessions related to business planning, advertising, or business development is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and offline promotions.
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the local business landscape in Uganda and a strong interest in supporting small and growing enterprises.
