• Support technical operations team
• Basic troubleshooting and technical support
• Laptop setup and software installation
• Customer technical assistance
• Device testing and preparation
  

Must Have

• Diploma or Higher
• Good communication skills
• Interest in computers and technology
• Ability to follow instructions
• Attention to detail
  

Nice to have

• Basic hands-on experience with laptops or desktops
