Job Summary
The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth business performance, strategic growth, operational efficiency, and excellent client service. The role requires a proactive and highly organized individual with leadership experience in real estate, land development, or business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising teams, managing operational activities, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring company goals are achieved effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business and operational activities of the company
  • Supervise staff performance and provide leadership across departments
  • Coordinate land sales, customer relations, and project activities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth
  • Prepare operational reports and support management decision-making
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost control measures
  • Ensure professionalism, accountability, and compliance within company operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives
  • Ensure smooth coordination of office administration and field activities


Requirements
  • 2–3 years’ experience in management, supervision, or business operations
  • Experience in real estate or land development is an added advantage, but someone trainable is also encouraged
  • Basic budgeting knowledge and cost control skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • High integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Ability to handle day-to-day operations in a growing business environment
