Role Description
SpareHub is building a smarter way for drivers, mechanics and businesses to find the automotive parts they need. We are looking for a Customer Success & Marketplace Support Intern to help users navigate the platform and make sure requests for parts actually move toward useful results. What You Will Do

• Help drivers and mechanics understand and use SpareHub.
• Assist users with vehicle registration, parts searches and marketplace requests.
• Help connect customers with relevant vendors.
• Follow up on parts requests and customer enquiries.
• Communicate with vendors regarding customer requests when necessary.
• Identify recurring customer problems and report them to the product team.
• Document useful feedback from users.
