Soul Farm is seeking a driven, hard-working and pro-active individual who is highly passionate about producing food in a way that works with the environment, as well as making it accessible to people in our community. We are looking for someone who really wants to make a big impact in our small team, understand the full system of operation of Soul Farm, take ownership of programme areas, and play an active role in the development of the organisation.
You will be a multi-tasking individual who has a love of physical, outdoor work, plants, food, the planet, as well as spreadsheets, data and numbers. You will need to be able to get your hands dirty both physically and metaphorically. The job will cover the full spectrum of work on the farm – both in the soil and on the computer.
Growing healthy, environmentally-friendly food and getting that out to the people who need it is hard. What’s even harder is making it pay the bills. We need someone who is tenacious enough to want to fight the system and prove that farming in this way is the right way forward. We strive to show that organic, agroecological farming, equal accessibility, and fair pay is a viable business model, and the way forward for the future of UK farming.
Start Date: November 2026
Duration: Permanent
Location: The Food Barn Tregew, & Trefusis Estate – Flushing, Cornwall
Hours: 4 days per week (32 hours). Tuesday-Friday or Wednesday-Saturday (days can be discussed).
Salary: £22,400-£24,800 actual pro-rated salary, depending on experience (based on a Full-Time Equivalent of £28,000-£31,000).
