Role Description As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at FCL BLOOMTECH LIMITED, you will design, implement, and optimize AI models and algorithms for production-grade applications. On a day-to-day basis, you will work on data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment, while collaborating closely with software developers and product stakeholders to integrate AI components into existing systems. You will contribute to building and improving solutions in areas such as pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing, including experimentation with different architectures and frameworks. The role also involves documenting technical approaches, monitoring system performance, and iterating on models based on real-world feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
• Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity recognition, or language modeling.
• Practical Software Development skills, including coding in languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python), version control, and unit testing.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and data processing tools.
• Ability to work on-site , collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, MLOps practices, or deploying models to production environments is an advantage.
