Business Development Officer
Job summary
Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Present and promote iDEON’s outsourcing and HR solutions. Prepare sales reports and maintain an accurate pipeline. Work closely with the Kenya and Uganda teams to deliver client solutions.
Job descriptions & requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in outsourcing, HR services, corporate services, telecom, or related industries is an advantage.
- Existing network of corporate decision-makers in Kampala is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with integrity and a results-driven mindset.
- Digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage.
