About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced, mature, and highly adaptable Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate business operations at its Tororo location.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant management or operational experience.
- Experience in trading, manufacturing, logistics, import/export, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly flexible, hands-on, and adaptable.
- Willingness and ability to work extensively from any allocated region.
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse and multicultural business environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Preference may be given to a Ugandan citizen with strong familiarity with Asian business culture and management practices, based on the client’s operational environment.
