Job descriptions & requirements
- Liaise with the manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities.
- Maintain sufficient stock of tools, spares, and consumables to ensure maximum output.
- Maintain proper stock of packmat while ensuring there is no production time lost.
- Implementation of 150:9001:2000, GMPs and HACCP.
- Ensuring liaison with QA to ensure milk, in-process materials and finished goods are well sampled, tested and found conforming to the required standards.
- Carry out inventory control to meet production and quality set standards and targets.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
