Shop Attendant

As a Shop Attendant at
pcmall Retail, you are the engine that keeps our shop running smoothly every single day. Working closely alongside the Assistant Administrator, you make sure the shop is always clean, organized, stocked, and ready to serve customers — so that no sale is ever slowed down by delays.
This is an active, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in getting things done quickly and correctly. From preparing the shop each morning, to handling deliveries and machine pickups across town, to keeping every device clean and sales-ready, you are the reliable execution arm that ensures pcmall operations never stop. We're looking for an honest, energetic, and dependable person who can be trusted with valuable equipment and takes ownership of every task.

Responsibilities

• Keep the shop clean, organized, and sales-ready
• Handle deliveries, pickups, repairs, and errands
• Inspect and keep all devices charged and functional
• Execute tasks from the Assistant Administrator quickly and accurately
• Support stock counts and daily reconciliation
  

Must Have

• Valid National Identity card
• UCE Certificate or Higher
• Punctual, disciplined, and quick to act on assigned tasks
• Presentable and professional in appearance and conduct
• comfortable being accountable for valuable equipment
  

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a delivery, logistics, retail, or errand-running role
• Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, and accessories
• Good familiarity with Kampala routes for smooth deliveries and pickups
• Ability to speak both English and Luganda comfortably
