Pharmaceutical Project Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Project Manager to act as our on-the-ground representative in Uganda, driving the implementation of pharmaceutical cooperation programme.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and develop a comprehensive project management plan covering development, registration and manufacturing workstreams.
- Assemble and manage cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing stakeholders across multiple parties.
- Create and manage project schedules, timelines and milestones, furnishing periodic progress reports to senior management.
- Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation across development and registration activities.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure projects comply with GMP, NDA and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory dossiers, submissions and responses to regulator queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDA guidelines on Marketing Authorisation, GMP inspection and pharmacovigilance requirements.
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors and external partners.
- Coordinate technical workshops, feasibility reviews and commercial negotiations between partners.
- Manage confidentiality agreements, technical information exchange and intellectual property protection protocols.
