Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and build a productive team of Sales Agents.
- Allocate phone stock to agents and ensure proper accountability.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales and stock movement
- Ensure timely reconciliation of stock issued to agents.
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
- Enforce company policies and maintain discipline within the team.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a resident of the division they are applying to represent.
- Possess a valid Ugandan National ID.
- Present a recommendation letter from their LC I Chairperson.
- Provide two referees.
- Have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in sales, team supervision, or field marketing (added advantage).
- Be trustworthy, organized, and target-driven.
