KETICOL Distributors Ltd is a growing distribution company focused on getting quality products closer to customers and building strong market relationships. As part of that growth, KETICOL is looking for energetic Field Sales Agents who can move into the market, engage customers, identify opportunities, support product visibility, and drive sales.

This role is best suited to someone who is confident with people, understands practical selling, can move around easily, and is ready to work toward clear sales targets.

FIELD SALES AGENT — KETICOL DISTRIBUTORS LTD

📍 Location: Bukoto

👤 Preferred Candidate: Male

🎓 Education: Diploma or Degree in a business-related course

💼 Experience: At least 1 year of practical sales experience

🏍️ Mobility: Must be able to ride

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers

• Promote and sell KETICOL products in the field

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities

• Support market expansion and product visibility

• Meet agreed sales targets

• Provide feedback from customers and the market

• Represent KETICOL professionally while in the field

Compensation

💰 UGX 300,000 monthly retainer
