Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kampala. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and presenting agency services and marketing solutions. The associate will support the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, assist with client proposals, and follow up on leads to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include engaging with clients in person and via digital channels, coordinating with internal creative and account teams, and tracking performance metrics. The role also includes providing product and service information, addressing client inquiries, and participating in training and team meetings to align with agency goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales & Marketing skills.
• Candidates should possess experience in Training or coaching clients or team members.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of advertising and digital marketing concepts.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
• Proficiency with common office and presentation software; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in an agency, sales, or customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
