Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kampala. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting agency services, and supporting the closure of new business opportunities. The associate will help develop and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate with creative and account teams, and track campaign performance and sales activities. Daily tasks include client outreach, maintaining customer relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting marketing events and promotions. The role also includes contributing to market research, participating in sales training initiatives, and ensuring that client needs and expectations are clearly communicated within the agency.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Additional beneficial skills include basic digital marketing knowledge, presentation and negotiation skills, and proficiency with common office and CRM software.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in sales or marketing, ideally within an agency or service-based environment.
