As part of our expansion in Uganda, we are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Brand Officer to strengthen our market presence and support business growth.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Digital Marketing &  Brand Officer will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, strengthening customer engagement, and promoting AKSA generators, spare parts, and energy solutions across Uganda. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the AKSA brand presence, supporting sales growth, and positioning the company as a leading power solutions provider in Uganda. The ideal candidate must be creative, highly organized, and capable of combining branding, content creation, digital advertising, and commercial awareness to support business growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Promote AKSA generators, spare parts, and energy solutions across digital platforms
• Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Create and publish engaging marketing content, including graphics, videos, brochures, flyers, and promotional campaigns
• Manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
• Generate and monitor qualified leads from digital campaigns and support sales conversion efforts
• Coordinate website updates and improve online visibility through SEO strategies
• Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer engagement performance
• Prepare regular marketing performance and analytics reports
• Support exhibitions, product launches, brand activations, and promotional events
• Maintain consistent brand identity and professional corporate image across all marketing materials
• Respond to online inquiries professionally and support customer engagement initiatives
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or online campaign management
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, online advertising, and lead generation strategies
• Experience in graphic design, content creation, and video editing is highly desirable
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and related digital tools
• Experience in promoting technical, engineering, industrial, generator, or energy-related products is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, branding, and copywriting skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Good command of written and spoken English

• WordPress or website management platforms
