About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing media station with Television, Radio, and Digital platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination across departments, operational efficiency, compliance, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide overall operational leadership for TV, Radio, and Digital platforms.
  • Execution: Translate organizational strategy into operational plans and measurable targets.
  • Resource Management: Ensure efficient use of resources, budgets, and staff.
  • Compliance: Oversee internal controls, policies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Performance: Drive performance management and accountability across all departments.
  • Growth: Support revenue growth through collaboration with Sales and Programming teams.
  • Stakeholder Link: Act as the key bridge between management, staff, and external partners.
Supervisory Scope:
You will coordinate and supervise the heads of these departments:
  • Accountant
  • Administrator
  • Programs Manager – TV
  • Programs Manager – Radio
  • Sales Manager
  • Social Media Manager

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Media Studies.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in operations or senior management.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and financial literacy.
  • Excellent people-management and communication skills.
