FIELD SALES & ONBOARDING AGENT- KAMPALA

This is a full-time, field-based role. You should be comfortable spending most of your working day outdoors, meeting many people, and working toward daily targets.

1.       Key Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

·       Approach and engage potential customers in assigned locations.

·       Explain Zenka and answer customer questions.

·       Help customers download and register on the app.

·       Support customers through their first loan application.

·       Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

·       Report on results to your Field Team Leader.

·       Perform any other duties as assigned.

2.       Minimum Requirements

·       Confident and comfortable speaking to strangers.

·       Energetic, outgoing, and target driven.

·       Comfortable working outdoors and walking for most of the day.

·       Confident using an Android smartphone.

·       Fluent in English and Luganda.

·       Reliable, punctual, and resilient.

·       Living in or around Kampala.

·       UCE/UACE or equivalent preferred. No specific degree required.
