Job summary
The Field Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling financed smartphones in the field, onboarding customers, building relationships with local communities and partner outlets and achieving sales targets through daily customer engagement across Kampala.

Promote and sell financed smartphones in the field
Engage customers at Boda stages, markets, SACCOs, and partner shops
Register and onboard customers on the spot
Achieve weekly sales targets and grow your commissions
Must be based in Kampala and ready for daily field work
• Strong communication skills in both Luganda and English
• Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, Excel, and taking photos
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, mobile money, microfinance, SACCOs, or related field work
• Honest, confident, well-presented, and customer-focused
• Age: 21–35 years
