Job Summary
The Recovery Officer ensures efficient field operations, improves asset recovery, enhances debt collection activities, and maintain the safety and effectiveness of our recovery personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate, identify, and secure company assets.
- Conduct debt collection by following up with debtors and recovering outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities.
- Prepare and submit timely recovery reports to the company.
- Work closely with other recovery team members to ensure successful recovery operations while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Investigation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Google Maps and other tracking/navigation tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and in the field while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
