Job Description/Requirements
The Customer Care Intern will report directly to the Customer Support Team Lead.
Scope Relationships:
The Customer Care Intern will collaborate with members of the customer support team and interact with customers to address their inquiries and concerns.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and maintaining customer support channels, including chat, email, and phone.
Provide timely and courteous responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues to their satisfaction.
Learn and adhere to company values and standards in customer interactions.
Participate in coaching and training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
Gain an understanding of various customer support team roles and contribute to team success.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer support operations.

Timely and effective response to customer inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration, communications, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Good computer skills and the ability to learn and use customer service software.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic customer support team.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
Prior experience in a customer service or support role.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
Area of residence within 10km from Chap Chap Head Office in Kira
