Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the project on forums, chats, and other relevant online communities.
- Handle incoming client requests and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Conduct short consultations and present our services to potential clients.
- Close deals (with coordinator support when necessary).
- Transfer new clients to the coordinator after deal completion and prepayment.
- Ensure complete and accurate handover of all client details.
- Maintain a positive project reputation and stay active in relevant communities.
Requirements:
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales or customer support.
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple chats or leads at once.
- Previous experience in online community engagement (forums, Telegram, Discord, etc.) is a plus.
