Job Description/Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, Business, Education, Communication, or related field from a recognized University or institution.
- Relevant certification in Change Management e.g. PROSCI Change Management Certification (ADKAR), APMG Change Management Practitioner, Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
- At least 10 years’ experience in Public Sector Management covering Reforms with respect to restructuring/mergers, performance enhancement, etc; implementing enterprise-wide change management initiatives involving public sector several entities.
- Demonstrated experience in change and/or culture management and institutional development.
- Evidence of having worked as a Project Change Lead in entities employing a large number of staff. Relevant qualifications professional certifications such as ITIL.
- Proven expertise in collaborating with business users and technical teams to ensure smooth system adoption and minimize resistance, experience in developing communication plans, change readiness assessments, and impact analysis reports to align stakeholders.
