Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment and be committed to providing excellent service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat customers politely.
- Present menus and take customer orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-arranged at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues courteously.
- Process payments and maintain accurate receipts where required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or café.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and team spirit.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an added advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
