Job Summary
The Client Relations Officer supports the Manager in maintaining positive relationships with clients. The role handles daily client communications, provides administrative support for accounts, and acts as a liaison to ensure client requests are communicated and executed effectively.

Job Description/Requirements
- Handle routine client inquiries via phone, email and in person.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
- Update and maintain client records in the CRM database.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track the progress of client projects.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction after events.
- Gather market intelligence and client feedback for management.
- Direct Reports: None.
- Indirect Reports: None.
- Financial Authority: None.
- Decision Making Authority: Authority to make routine administrative decisions to support client accounts. Refers all non-routine matters to the Manager.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role.
- Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office. Ability to speak multiple local languages (e.g., Luganda) is an advantage.
