Job Description Roofings Group is the leading manufacturer of quality steel and plastic building products in East Africa. We are Currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and technically experienced person, with zeal to perform beyond expectations and excited to Join a (28) years leading steel manufacturer as Customer Care Executive.Responsibilities• Keep customers informed of the status of their orders and availability of material thereby liaising with production.• Handle and follow up on all customer complaints/inquiries/feedback received through all points of contact and follow through until resolution.• Handle & manage inbound and outbound calls to/from customers regarding customer requests and complaints across all channels.• Reduce situations involving unhappy customers and escalate all major issues in real time for resolution.• Collect, analyze, and leverage customer data to generate sustainable growth.• Prepare and disseminate reports for decision making based on the analysis done.Required Qualification, Skills & Experience• A bachelor’s degree in business-related field.• 3 years of Customer Service/call center experience in a busy workplace.• Listening, sense of contact and customer satisfaction• Good computers skills.• Good Knowledge of CRM software• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
