Job Description/Requirements
- Recruit, train, motivate and retain a sales force of not less than 20 agents
- Carry out field activities with his/her agents by securing activations sites, group Presentations and any field activity that maybe required.
- Ensure that the team meets the company set sales target every week, monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets.
- Maintain a proper record of his/her agent’s bio-date for any future reference.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of all agents in their teams are adhered too.
- Do Market identification and research for future sales generation.
- Demonstrate his/her selling ability through sales of life assurance policies to potential buys after a thorough education and need analysis process is completed.
- Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports on the performance of each agent.
- Degree in any field.
- Sales experience of 1 year
- COP qualification is an added advantage.
