Key responsibilities include: Develop and deliver innovative, cost-effective Trade solutions, utilising advanced technology to meet client needs efficiently. Identify product gaps through market analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to address them promptly. Implement, scale, and commercialise our Trade value proposition across the organisation. Actively promote our Africa China offering to acquire new-to-bank business and capitalise on cross-sell opportunities, driving acquisition and growth within your assigned province.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver innovative, cost-effective Trade solutions, utilising advanced technology to meet client needs efficiently.
  • Identify product gaps through market analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to address them promptly.
  • Implement, scale, and commercialise our Trade value proposition across the organisation.
  • Actively promote our Africa China offering to acquire new-to-bank business and capitalise on cross-sell opportunities, driving acquisition and growth within your assigned province.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • First degree in Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Banking, or International Trade
  • Minimum 10 years of postgraduate experience, including at least 5 years in managerial positions in Commercial Banking or sales roles in the finance industry
  • Extensive knowledge of financial solutions, particularly in Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange
  • Strong experience in relationship management and/or trade sales
  • Proficiency in credit fundamentals and preparing credit papers
  • Thorough understanding of the bank's products, processes, and systems
  • Proven track record in deal-making or sales within business or commercial banking
