About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and tech-savvy Tech & Operations Assistant to provide support across a range of business and administrative activities.
This is not a traditional Personal Assistant role. We are looking for an all-rounder who is comfortable with technology, can work independently, learn quickly, research effectively and confidently handle both digital and administrative tasks.
A strong working knowledge of WordPress is essential.
The ideal person is someone who enjoys solving problems, is comfortable being given different types of tasks, and can take an instruction and turn it into a completed piece of work without requiring constant supervision.

Good practical knowledge of WordPressExperience creating and editing WordPress pagesConfidence using computers and everyday online toolsBasic Canva/design skillsStrong internet research skillsGood written and spoken EnglishGood attention to detailStrong organisational and time-management skillsAbility to use Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office or similar toolsAbility to learn new software and systems quicklyAbility to follow instructions accurately and work independently
The Person We Are Looking For
You do not need to know everything from day one. However, you should be naturally curious, resourceful and comfortable figuring things out.
You should be the kind of person who, when given a task you have not done before, is willing to research it, use the tools available to you and find a solution.

Working Arrangement
This is initially a part-time position working 3 days per week.
The role is office-based in Kampala, so applicants must be based in Kampala or able to commute reliably.
There is potential for the role to grow over time, including increased responsibilities and additional working days as the businesses and projects develop.
