DevOps Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, relevant DevOps certifications, and 3+ years’ experience designing, developing, and implementing custom systems. Strong in system integration, distributed architectures, mobile and e-portal technologies, and modern software development practices.

Job Description/Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related field from a recognized University or institution.
- Relevant certifications in DevOps such as BeingCert Certified Professional Certified Kubernetes, or AWS Certified Devops Engineer.
- A minimum of three (3) years or more experience in designing, developing and implementing custom made systems.
- Should be conversant with and have the following technical skills set;
● A demonstrated involvement in significant software customization and integration with other external systems, ● Advanced programming techniques, application and systems design using at least three (3) programming languages. ● Adequate knowledge of distributed systems architecture, relational database systems, and middleware, Experience in Mobile technology (Flutter), and E-portal technology (Spring Boot and Spring Framework), ● A good understanding of software development methodologies and techniques. - Residency in Uganda proved by National Identification, or work permit along with relevant company ID/consultancy agreement.
