Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and present our agriculture ERP software to farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses.
- Train prospective clients on system features and guide them through onboarding and basic setup.
- Convert leads into paying customers through follow-ups, product walkthroughs, and relationship management.
- Provide user support and relay client feedback to the technical team for product improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience (internship or early-career experience acceptable).
- Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence to demonstrate software to diverse audiences.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems; exposure to agribusiness or agri-tech is an added advantage.
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to follow up leads and close deals.
- Comfortable working independently at exhibitions, field events, and client sites.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to train users on system functionality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital tools.
