ERPNext Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled ERPNext Systems Administrator to lead the implementation, customization, configuration, and ongoing management of the ERPNext system across multiple business functions. The role will ensure that ERPNext effectively supports operational processes in Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, Fleet Management, and other organizational modules.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to translate business requirements into ERPNext solutions, optimize workflows, maintain system integrity, and provide user support.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERPNext Implementation
- Configure ERPNext modules including HR, Procurement, Finance, Fleet, Inventory, and other operational modules.
Lead the deployment and implementation of ERPNext across various departments.
2. System Configuration & Customization
Customize ERPNext features, forms, workflows, and reports to meet organizational needs.
Develop and maintain custom scripts, dashboards, and integrations where required.
- Ensure system configurations align with operational and regulatory requirements.
3. System Administration & Maintenance
Manage ERPNext system updates, upgrades, and security.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems.
- Maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls.
4. Business Process Optimization
Work with departments to analyze and improve workflows using ERPNext.
Document business processes and ERP configurations.
Recommend automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
5. User Training & Support
Train staff on ERPNext functionalities and best practices.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to system users.
Develop user guides and training materials.
6. Reporting & Data Management
Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within ERPNext.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across modules.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field.
Proven experience implementing or administering ERPNext / Frappe or similar ERP systems.
Strong understanding of business processes in HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
Experience with ERP configuration, workflow setup, and customization.
Knowledge of Python, Frappe Framework, SQL, and system integrations is an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERPNext/Frappe development and customization.
Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools.
Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Experience managing ERP systems in multi-department organizations.
